Sarcoma survivor here. 2 surgeries, 6 weeks radiation, 10 months of brutal chemo (5 different chemos), 800 nausea meds, 10 miles to drive to UofM sarcoma center. Last chemo August 29. Still have my 3 month check ins. The journey is long. But living life to the fullest!!

I’m a colon cancer survivor, and you are right nobody knows how a person with or in remission feels unless they go through it. It breaks my heart to see the struggles you both go through, I was diagnosed with sickle cell anemia at age 4 been a rollercoaster for 22yrs, am 27 now and it's a miracle, so many times I got close to death, people gave up but I kept going. You are lucky you have each other to turn to, I wasn't as lucky. Most people love when you ok no problems but when you at your lowest they walk right through the door. No one wants to associate with people like us. I gave up the whole idea of having kids but still happy and I appreciate the beauty of life. I made peace with that part of my life. But you two shouldn't give up, keep fighting, keep going one day, it might happen to both of you. Just never walk away from each other, you need both of you together. Thank you for sharing your story! I too have PCOS. My husband and I tried for children for almost 6 years. We got pregnant in 2017and lost the baby in January 17th, 2018. We kept trying and got pregnant for a 2nd time in 2018 almost to the day of the last pregnancy. And we lost the baby January 16th 2019 1 day off from being the same day we lost our first. Two pregnancy losses later, we are still trying (8 years in). I understand the hurt that comes with infertility and I am so glad to hear women sharing their stories! May God bless you with a beautiful family as I believe He will us! Keep drawing closer to God and to each other. Just wanted to share that I had a friend who was married and they tried for many a few years to have a baby and ended up having many miscarriages, which also occurred with her mom. Now the good news is my mom who was into herbs all her life recommended that she try taking an herb called Red Raspberry, it strengthens the uterus and much more. I believe this herb was in the form of capsules and teas. Praise the Lord, I'm happy to report that my friends had two children, a girl and a boy 4 years apart. She named her first "Miracle" which was a girl 👧 and her baby boy 👦 was named after his dad. That was over 24 years ago and now her daughter is married and they will be planning a family soon. I pray she will not encounter any issues, however, if she does we will recommend the same herb, Red Raspberry. PLEASE give it a try!!! I'll be praying for your family and anyone else reading this post trying to have children. God is no respecter of persons and if he did that for them he will do it for you. Comment: there are many children in the world who need & want a family, a home. Should GOD guide ya'll toward adoption, those children are waiting in the world & need ya'll. PCOS is NOT the death sentence to a natural pregnancy though. My girls both have it. The oldest was 13 upon diagnoses put on hormone therapy. Now at 40 she has 3 rough & tumble boys, into sports. The youngest went into the Army, she got hurt, when she went in for surgery, was told she was pregnant. That was 6 years ago. She has a beautiful girl-ballerina. Plus as I said before in response to the breast cancer video even breast cancer can't stop GOD from giving ya'll a child/children if it is in his plan. Or if HE sees fit to guide ya'll to the foster/adoption route. A family is NOT just based on DNA. A family is rooted in love. The more love you give the more there is to give. NEVER give up hope. I know you posted this video months ago, but for some reason it popped up on my homepage and it stood out to me. I just want to thank you for not only sharing your stories but for sharing your testimonies regarding your stories. My husband and I are 24 and married 2 years in August ❤️. I have PCOS and he has very low levels of testosterone and hasn’t had much fertility testing. PCOS and ruled my life the last year and has caused me to not be the person I know I want to be. I also have pcos, it is so hard! I wanted to cry every time I was asked about babies. I was on metformin for the insulin resitance and for some women it helps with fertility. I was able to conceive after a year of being on it, but I’m scared to start taking it again because it’s hard on the liver. Thank you for sharing this! I never considered trying the natural route. All my hope and love to y’all!

I have PCOS, too. I was at a specialist, it was hard I can't lie, the pressure you feel inside and you're permanently thinking about this. Sadly I was pregnant but lost the baby two weeks after the positive test. But God is good and one month later I was pregnant again and will have my little Babyboy this August. Keep your head up I know there's Hope for you too♥️♥️♥️🙏🏼

Keep faith. I was diagnosed at 18 with PCOS. I somehow got pregnant unassisted, with my 1st baby. I did fertility treatments for my next 2 babies. Then I found an amazing doctor who did some studies on PCOS, and he put me on Metformin(a diabetic medication, but not because I was diabetic), after a year on that medication, I got pregnant with my 4th baby. Then a 5th and 6th baby. It's a 20 year age difference between my oldest and youngest, but I am blessed. And I know one day you both will be blessed as well.

Please stay strong and always remain positive. Continue to educate others! I myself was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Breast Cancer at the age of 38 in Oct 2018. It spread to my lungs, nearby lymph nodes and spot on my lower spine. It's crazy how your life changed in an instance. I do chemo 21 days straight, then a 7 day rest period and repeat it all over. Had monthly injections, infusions, take hormonal pill everyday, bloodwork every 2 weeks, testing, Scans etc. On May 28th, had to have my ovaries & tubes removed since my cancer feeds off estrogen, need to keep cancer from spreading more if possible. I say my prayers, live my life and show others I'm strong. I had no health issues prior to finding this out. #cancersucks. Sending you both prayers and best of luck. 🙏💜

Hi I comment here because it sounds more appropriate and the comment wont get lost. I didn’t find a way to comment privately. At first, I thought this was your wife’s video but I noticed that it was actually husband’s video. You both are young, exercise and I’m sure you both eat healthy. Take a look of what is surrounding you (stuff), specially at night. Your mattress (components), formaldehyde, the levels of VOCs at home, whatever you both use or smell frequently. There might be something external that triggered them. I don’t believe much in coincidences and I have a reason for that. I hope you find this helpful. Your beautiful wife will overcome this!

I must say I cried because I knew the chances of having trouble one day scared me. I hope I can one day🙏🏻 I’m 20 now.. but I think about people who go through stuff like this. I got diagnosed with PCOS at 13 and was told most of my life kids might not happen. God blessed me with identical twin girls in January. Back in the day there was not much known about the condition. I have many more symptoms than most and it’s hard on the soul. You’re such a beautiful girl and I wouldn’t of guessed you suffer as well. You’ve enlightened me! TY!
