I recently learned the bassist Ben Seals passed away. I never met Ben in real life but he touched me and an entire group of people's lives in Woodstock GA. We formed our own band heavily inspired by his work called I Create.I Have Dreams shaped the pallets of me and my friends group and influenced us to start our own little music scene. I remember adding Ben on Myspace and messaging him telling him how much his music meant to me and , instead of being a diva like many would, he took the time to talk to me and field my millions of fanboy questions. It might not sound like much, but his demeanor and his musical contributions really helped shape mine and others ethics in my area on how to proceed and be a decent human being. I Have Dreams was so real, so caring, and so reflective on what it means to be a friend. Getting to talk to Ben on the very limited way I did was something that stuck with me. I even remember him offering to mail me stuff from FL to keep me in the loop of his music! All of this extended to a total stranger who appreciated his art. Rest in peace Ben as well as Daniel who inspired all of this.

Wow I moved back to Tallahassee after living in st Louis for 19 years Skateboarding and hardcore was Tallahassee and Ben seals was both of those things I'm sure that wherever his soul is he's enjoying both was always kind to me n u never forget that sort of thing

Absolutely classic. Just this past week I introduced someone new to this record. I can't imagine ever growing old enough to not loving and drawing inspiration from listening to these songs a few times a year. Myself and others will make sure that this lives forever. And these guys really could not have made a better tribute to their friend. ❤

You have no idea how much I have looked for some flacs of this record, I found it on IRC back in the 2000s and its THE MOST important record I never had, its literally a piece of music history that will be remembered forever as a how pure the sound of grief, friendship and love was in that era. Also, anyone here should also check out the band New Ethic, which I believe had members of this band along with their lost friend who this release was made in tribute of (please forgive and correct me if that info is wrong, this is 20 year old message board memories at this point). The song Dragon Slayer by New Ethic especially rips.

This is going to sound crazy, but I could swear the CD I had in high school had the songs in a different order. It was burned, so maybe whoever made it for me botched that, but it went 4, 2, 3, 5, 1. I have seen the image of the liner notes that suggests this order is correct though. Try listening to it the other way, the whole thing flows very well, starting with the opening riff of I Don't Imagine You and I Anymore. Either way this is the best EP of all time
