Hi everyone! Today I present to you an incredibly delicious and easy to prepare recipe! Potato, minced meat and vegetable flan is a single dish, perfect for lunch or dinner. Your family will love it! Even the little ones will be happy! When I'm craving something super tasty and satisfying, I make this delicious potato and minced meat dish. Very simple recipe and anyone can make it! Just a few simple ingredients are enough! I recommend you try this delicious potato cake with baked minced meat and let me know in the comments what you think! Ingredients:
- 9 potatoes
- 1 egg
- 50 g of cheese
- 30 g (1 oz) butter
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 150 g (5 oz) fresh or frozen peas
- 600 g (1 lb 5 oz) minced meat
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 250 ml (1 cup) of tomato puree
- Laurel, rosemary, thyme
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil

This looks delicious! I grew up on "shepherd's pie". We called it that even though we used beef, not lamb. Id like to try it with the garlic and herbs. I like how you drag the back of a fork across the top of the potatoes. My mother always did this. I've never seen anyone outside my family do it. It really gives it a nice crispy, golden brown top. 😋
