4 egg yolks or 3 large
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
100g sugar (1/2 cup)
6 tablespoons of oil 90ml
125ml milk (1/2 cup)
Zest of an orange
200g all-purpose flour (1 cup +3/4 cup)
1 tablespoon of baking powder 15g
4 egg whites or 3 large
1 pinch of salt
3 tablespoons of sugar
Sesame seeds
24cm diameter mold
cook 40-45 minutes at 160C
