I have never eaten such a delicious strawberry cake! So easy and delicious!
No flour! Strawberry cake with yogurt! A dream recipe. Cake in 15 minutes! You have never eaten such a tender cake with strawberries! The cake is so tender, it melts in your mouth and you don't need any flour. It is the best recipe for cake with yogurt and strawberries. Anyone can bake this delicious fruit cake! So tender and airy! Very tasty, a cake that you can bake every day! Gluten free
Ingredients / Recipe: (1 cup = 250 ml)
6 Separate eggs
Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites.
Now gradually add 120 g sugar (3/5 cup)
400 g Greek yogurt (10 % fat) 1 2/3 cups
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
70 g corn starch (1/2 cup) + 2 teaspoons baking powder
Grate the peel of half a lemon (organic).
Squeeze out the juice.
First fold in only half.
Baking pan: 26 cm (10.2 inches)
Bake at 140 °C (284 °F) top and bottom heat for 1 hour. Then let the cake rest in the open oven for another 15 minutes.
About 500 g strawberries
Strawberry jam
Chill the strawberry cake for 30 minutes.
250 ml cold water (1 cup)
50 g sugar (or to taste) 1/4 cup
1 pack of cake glaze (cake jelly) 11 g
Cook for 1 minute
Then let it cool for 5 minutes.
Pour over the cold strawberries while still hot.
Chill for about 1 hour.
