I offer you a recipe for very unusual and at the same time very tasty and satisfying cutlets. And I will prepare these cutlets from minced meat with the addition of boiled potatoes. All that remains is to form the cutlets, dip them in the egg mixture, then roll in breadcrumbs and fry until golden brown. Cooking is much easier than it might seem at first glance. The combination of ingredients allows you to get a nutritious dish with a rich rich taste and aroma. It’s easy and simple to prepare, but it turns out appetizing and delicious!

3 potatoes.
300 g minced meat
1 onion
1 carrot
1 teaspoon paprika
2 eggs
50 ml water
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
60 g flour
1 cup breadcrumbs
Salt
Black pepper
olive oil
Vegetable oil for frying
For the salad:
1 cucumber
1 carrot
15 ml apple cider vinegar
Juice of half a lime
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon white sesame
