It only works with vehicle that have boost. Obviously. There should be a yellow bar under your minimap next to where your health bar is. For some vehicles it will do a bunny hop (in the ruiner 2000 and some arena war cars).

Heres how I explain your question at 12:30 Tires + Rim = Wheel Well thats how I've always looked at it. If I'm talking about the tire I say tire if im talking about the rim I say rim and when the two are together I say wheel. I always thought that was the standard lol So yes you pop the tires around your rims not around your "wheels" cause a wheel is the combination of the two.

Speirs just an explanation for the F1 car when you pop the front tyres it goes faster bcos in real life the front tyres get pushed by the back tyres so by popping the front ones it’s allowing the back tyres to push much faster cos it’s not carrying the front to turn.
