As a Sion main for 4 years,I think Sion has been never strong with any builds because either you build Tank or Ad ,There are no items in these builds that you can reduce the time of his skills. His slow skills are so easy dodge just like Sion't ult and this is the basic problem of Sion which is Riot doesn't care about . These are why there isn't a single matchup that Sion has won . He loses to eveyone in top lane but there was one simple reason why everyone liked to play Sion ,It was his death,When Sion dies the real fight begins but they took it from him too.Sions passive got nerfed %40 of damage for turrets ,The only good build of Sion is ended which is called" Inting Sion" . After that,He got another nerf of is W and then his most used item has nerfed.... He got 3 big nerfs in a short time. Now you know a little bit about why we said Sion died.
