My thermostat goes blank most of the time, and comes back on occasionally. Any ideas on what to do?? Thanks I replaced the batteries, same deal.

Suck out your outdoor drain line with a vacuum. It comes back on when the water level subsides.

Problem in freezing temperatures: Woke up with my thermostat, no power ? Discovery: our condensation line that leads to outside from the inside unit. If your having this problem check for this condensation line outside. Mine was solid frozen, preventing proper drainage. I used a high heat hand heater to carefully thaw out ice. Once I cleared the line, unit resume heating operations. Hope this will help someone.
