Gotta realize, everyones bodys different. Seen the healthiest people on earth stray from their diet for a minute and get diabetes, but absolute gourmands that eat nothing but sugar and weigh 400 pounds escape it. Also don't do Keto.

Whenever people tell you that sugar is ok or give whatever contrarian health advice it's like .. Send us a pic of you. YEP. I say contrarian advice because ppl can be on the right path but they're just so overweight that it takes a really long time. But the dudes that say drinking soda with sugar is ok, is probably not as shredded as Oats.
