Many people in churches are Luke-warm Christians and don't have a relationship with God. They attend church as a routine practice but claim to know the word of God. If you have a good relationship with God, if you spend time in prayer and fasting, God will heighten your level of discernment and make you aware of what's happening around you. I believe most of the people He slept with attended church more so as a practice and Christ was not in them.
