I back Ange 100%. Last season we finished 8th, the club was a car crash, then we sold the best No9 in the world. This season we will finish 5th. Most fans would have bitten your hand off for that in August. We have scored our second highest ever number of goals in the Prem and earlier in the season in snatches we played some absolutely scintillating football. I said at the time possibly the best I have ever seen us play. That shows the potential of this team. At the moment we have lost our way. But we need to stick with Ange. Woolwich stuck with Arteta and Liverpool stuck with Klopp through several seasons of mediocrity. Now they’re reaping the benefits. Fergie was one game from the sack back in the day. What is happening is not unusual. We can’t keep changing managers. So lets hang tough and ride this out . COYS 💪

Every highly successful person has a VISION. They embrace failure, as that is where you learn the biggest lessons. If you are afraid of failing, then you will never grow individually or collectively as a team. Despite the last three defeats we are still 6 points above Man Utd and 9 points above Chelsea, who have invested far more in players than we have. Chelsea have spent a billion pounds sterling since the appointment of the new owner. Intrinsically, Chelsea should be competing for the PL title. However, that is their business. What we need to do is stay focused our vision and keep improving. As soon as you start comparing yourself to others, you lose focus and are giving your power away, which is one of the reasons why most people under achieve, they are easily distracted and allow external influences to control their thinking. in comparison, Ange, has only spent a fraction of what the top three sides above us as well as Chelsea and Man Utd, and has had to work with many players that he inherited. Ange, this season, needed to give ALL the players in his squad to prove themselves this season. some will have met his standards and bought into his vision and others would have fallen short and will be encouraged to look elsewhere for regular playing time on the pitch. Ange, talks a lot of sense and was well aware that there were going to be setbacks along the way as well and a sector of the fan base, who will complain and moan. Ange, is strong enough to suck it all up to not take it personally. Even Pepe Guardiola recently, had fans booing him during a PL match. Fortunately, the majority of supporters are not like that, even though they are disappointed when their side loses. To finish in the top six in the first season, which is possibly the toughest league in the world is an improvement on last season and a remarkable achievement. Changing players mindsets and instilling belief in themselves, takes time. You do not change mindsets overnight. If it was that easy, we would see a lot more millionaires of billionaires on this planet, who work on improving their mindset as part of their daily routine. Success is 95% mindset and 5% strategy.

Love big Ange but you have adapt tactically occasionally, especially when you’re conceding so many goals. It’s all well and good to be an all out attacking coach but all teams have to be able to adapt at this level. Takes a big man to admit when he’s wrong. Hopefully Ange can see he has to change tactics occasionally, even if it’s every 3rd or 4th match to keep things fresh and unpredictable. Would also prevent burnout from players constantly playing such a high line. Said it months ago when they were first. Only have two world class players. Playing against teams that have more. you need to be able to tweak your backline snd tactics occasionally to compete. It’s been a refreshing change and still believe he’s one off the best managers in the world he just needs to adapt and tell his players at the start off next season that we are going to be doing things slightly different this year. Have to adapt, learn and evolve as a team, players wise plus coaching wise. Has to be more video work on the opposition and be open to change and evolve as a coach. Would be different if he had a world class striker and wingers but when they can’t convert all the possession, you need to occasionally be able to change things up.. Feel he has done an outstanding job in his first year plus the outstanding juniors he is bringing in for long term success.

If you all agree that "players are too nice / soft / tender" etc .... then .... you will agree with me that this summer we have to SELL SONNY He is not getting younger. He had one full bad season last year and this season he has been average to very poor since he came back from the Asian Cup, where he didn't shine either. He is NOT a center forward and in this system, he is not the same winger he used to be. We need someone who will take on defenders AND help our left backs when we don't have the ball. If the club wants to keep the Korean fan base, then go for CHAN of Wolves. He is 28 and just had his best season ever. The whole "players are too nice" was a highlight of what Mourinho thought of the team when he got here. And ultimately that's why he didn't succeed. Imagine if Jose had Romero and VDV plus Porro and Udogie ..... Selling Sonny (along with Davies and PEH) would basically mean we no longer have anyone here who played under POCH or JOSE ( besides LeCelso who was never a starter under anyone) .... that is what you call CHANGE ... and ... it means the transition to having CUTI ROMERO as our Captain is a seamless one. Everyone has now seen that HE is the person who we NEED as our club's captain. The entire squad will become tougher INSTANTLY
