Why do you avoid cutting in block and leaving the comb in the wall? Especially a decorative section like that. Just cut small holes alternating blocks to leave structural stability and cutting the combs out will give you space to fill their cavity or they can just move back in. You can even charge for quick patching jobs or sub it out to the companies handy man. Ensures no bees come back and alittle extra money as well for ensuring the bees have no space to move back into.
