@@jostinekerubo4461 stay encouraged sis/bro but please if you’re suffering in silence,don’t do this alone,find a support group,or even if it’s a good friend you can trust,just to listen to you,but please talk talk talk,get it out..And don’t be afraid to cry,you’re human,you’re traumatized,and remember ITS NOT YOUR FAULT..You are in my prayers,I have traveled this road,in fact I’m still on the road to complete recovery..It’s a process,so be patient with yourself..

Post traumatic stress disorder is a major killer for all veterans. I don't know how African civil war veterans cope such as S. Sudan. War is not good don't be fooled by war movies
