It is not difficult to do a layout of the CV. But it is not easy to write the content precisely.

Such an interesting comment section. I thought the most expensive option was faaaaarr better than the 1st one. So I'd rank it as #2 > #1 > #3. White texts on black backgrounds are often hardest to pull off but when done right, looks absolutely beautiful. It shows courage and bravery in the designer who at least attempted it.

The first one is far better than the last one. Last one is overdone. Too loud. The hierarchy of the font for titles and descriptions isn't properly done (eg: Education). The rest of the content might not be readable in print. In first one, except for the yellow, the resume looks clean and some nitpicks he mentioned.
