Those rock bookends when folded on to each other are spit from a single geode. Amazing find! Those handled mugs??? Yes, chili, but also french onion soup and individual shepherds pie! The large 'wooden' utensils I suspect are actually bamboo. Very durable and more sustainable than wood is. All of the warmers, the bake ware, the crock pots, coffee gizmos and even utensils leave me wondering if this person had or was preparing for a commercial endeavor or an event facility. This was an amazing unit. Nice meeting Alan!

There’s a skill to using pans like all clad. I suggest you spend an hour watching KZbin to take away your fear. Wolfgang Puck used to go on HSN and I learned a lot just watching him sell his line of pans.

Spices, dried and especially those in glass bottles, do not expire. The “expired date” is arbitrary. Even canned goods stored properly with intact, not bulging cans, are good long after their expiration date.
