For non-shrimp lovers: 1/4 inch olive oil in a warm pan along with coarse ground black pepper, garlic and oregano. Raise to medium heat and add shrimp. When the tails turn red add red wine vinegar. When the vinegar begins to boil, shut off the heat. Let set until cool enough to handle. You’ll thank me later..😊
