Hi Ben, it was so nice to meet you at the estate sale yesterday on the south side of Chicago! I’m the guy who bought the 9-piece blow mold nativity scene. I also went to the same estate sale with all the clothes. I picked up a vintage Chaps sweater (I think you left this one behind) as well as some early 90’s Ralph Lauren bed sheets. I picked up a Burberry scarf too that sold yesterday. It was insane how many clothes were for sale, many brand new with tags. I think the family of this house were compulsive shoppers so they would just buy clothes and never wear them. What a crazy estate sale, you made out well Ben!

Got a tshirt I had posted sold yesterday for close to $40 w/shipping added. It was ashirt of a boot camp unit of air force from 1993. The crazy but cool part is the buyer is actually listed on the shirt as part of the boot camp group. He was just browsing ebay when he saw our pictures n saw that was his unit.

A lot of thrifters in my city hit the mother load at our local thrifts - they all received truck loads of liquidated Christmas supplies from Neiman Marcus and have been selling items for pennies on the dollar. My living room is full of Christmas supplies 🤣

Not on purpose no. Usually sales have a designated area for people to make piles. So it’s pretty clear what’s been claimed. This one I was a bit worried because there was just wasn’t much room but, everything was fine in the end.
