I Hitchhiked Across Pakistan (Female Perspective)

Welcome to my channel! I'm Flora, and I've spent the last two months travelling as a solo female through Pakistan. My goal is to show what it's truly like to not only travel here, but also to hitchhike here - specifically as a female foreigner.
In this video, I'll take you along on a my hitchhiking experience from Skardu to Shigar, Khaplu, and Hushe Valley. I'll share the challenges, the unexpected twists, and the heartwarming encounters with the Pakistani people who went out of their way to help me. It’s been quite a ride!
Hitchhiking not only turned out to be a practical way to travel but also an amazing way to connect with locals and experience the incredible Pakistani hospitality. It's all about the unexpected and the thrill of not knowing where you'll end up next.

Last month I was in Berlin airport leaving for Pakistan and I forgot something important in my Berlin apartment, 35 mins before my boarding. I came out of the security and was literally begging people to give me a phone (Long story short) NOT A SINGLE PERSON was kind enough to give me a phone, everyone was making faces as if I was a beggar or something. That's when I realized People from the global south are the kindest people I have ever seen in my life. When I landed at Islamabad airport, I had no phone again because of PTA, asked a person for a phone and he gave it to me right away.

Although all places in Pakistan are amazing for tourism, but Northern Areas are the most beautiful tourist places like anywhere in the world. The Pakistani people are very hospitable.
