A theory of Rest play mean: A tape (a thing that hong ki hold in the beginning) is a way to save song, like now a day's used CD, mp3. It need a special radio or a player like in this MV to play it. But weakness of this type of music player or this tape, after ur play all songs in one side, u need to turn it to other side of the tape in order to listen to another songs. And after ur play both side u need rest or wait till the player cold down to play the songs again. Or otherwise, u will listen the songs or the singer voice like doesn't enough energy to sing🤣. And I think what hong ki mind to tell us that, 'rest play' just listen to their songs and continue our daily lives while waiting him/them to come back from military.
