Great review! I'll be getting one in this weekend and nowI have a lot more confidence in my purchase. Ten bux beats the hell out of a fifty or sixty dollar otterbox. Got some screen protectors that I've seen great reviews for too. I've gotta have protection on my phone or else it's doomed.

Thank you very much for this video! I was looking at this case for a different phone, the S21+, but couldn't find a video review. These phones are quite similar though, so this was really helpful. Sadly, the official otterbox for the phone I have is known to have some defects (looks like it was scaled down improperly from the "ultra" model...?), so I'm looking for something else this time around. I think I might get this one!

How do I even open the case to get the phone in? I have a steak knife out and I am perplexed!!!! No instructions came with mine…. Help!!!! (I liked for a video in your account but couldn’t find one). I’ve had OtterBoxes before but this one is stumping me!

How is the grip of the Honva vs the OtterBox? Is the Honva rubbery like the OtterBox, or more slippery?

They seem identical to me. Sophia has changed to a black one and we sometimes walk off with eachothers phones. I don't notice until I "See" the difference in the look, I don't notice any difference in "Feel" Thanks for watching and commenting!

I see that Android phones are not popular in the US. But I keep noticing that real people like yourself do not care about the trends. Is there a particular reason you trust this brand over Apple?

I'm 55 years old. I used Motorola phones since the 1990s when I got my first flip phone. When it came time to get my first "Smart phone" it seemed logical to stick with brand loyalty and get something from the company that had provided me with quality equipment for decades. I recently switched to a Samsung Galaxy due to external mic and audio compatibility issues with Motorola phones. (I use my phone a lot for video, we should probably do an episode on that sometime soon) I have never been into the Apple stuff. I don't have anything personal against it, it was just always more expensive than the alternatives in a time when I didn't make much money and pennies really mattered. As the years went by, I became comfortable with a desktop PC running Windows. That is what I have learned to edit video and mix music on. As all this technology has evolved, I have just stayed in the PC Windows / Google Android universe. I'm comfortable with it, it does what I want, and I see no reason to change. Having said that, A lot of my friends, including everyone in the band uses Apple for computers, tablets, and phones, and loves it. If Apple is your thing, go for it.

​@@rockoutvideography91 Thank you very much for your time and the detailed response. I am not from the US but I always hear about peer pressure that American Android users get to experience. It might be relevant to the younger generation mainly. But anyways it seems a bit upsetting that you don't get to choose what you want to use since everyone is on iMessage. I am somewhat of a loyal customer myself. My first phone was Nokia. I was on Nokia even at the time of Microsoft. When they finally started producing phones on Android I was extremely happy and got Nokia 6 for myself. It was an awesome phone for the time. 3 years later I had to update it, I decided to go on with Nokia as well. At that time I finally realized that my favorite brand was dead and the most sensible decision was to get a Samsung A52. It was the best decision. I am still using it. Samsung is an awesome brand. It has everything I need at an affordable price.

I find the concept of peer pressure over phones funny. My kids and their friends sometimes joke back and forth about their "Apple / Android" phones, but it's always good natured and no one seems to actually care what their friends are using. They do all the things teenagers are supposed to be doing with phones and seem to get in touch with each other just fine. Thanks for the response!
