That's why they can not marry as they're supposed to give up on things like marriages and families so they can better devote themselves to God. Though that only says so much in regards to Priest Wally and the church of Home. Perhaps there is no rule for celibacy in Home. Perhaps Home would make exceptions for special neighbors. Anyway, OP was referring to Priest Wally officiating the union as he's a Priest rather than he being the Groom to the neighbor.
