interesting discussion about PUBG being dead. Choco's right though, it's been horribly mismanaged. If cared for correctly it could have been a staple in the BR genre like fortnite and apex. The base game is still amazing, which is why many of us are still playing it. Instead of a carefully curated and cared for PUBG we have this bastardized version of PUBG we see now, which is sad. The only hope remaining is PUBG2, which is as mysterious as Bigfoot at this point (and maybe just as real).

In Australia PUBG is almost completely dead. Solos aren't even available. Duos and squads take like 3 minute to get in, and about 85% of the players are bots. Looking forward to the server merge though. Should bring some life back even with a bad ping.

The issue is that this rhetoric of "PUBG is dead" may be somewhat true compared to what it was, but saying it over and over only helps accelerate PUBG become literally dead. Right now, it's only "dead" in a figurative way, and only sometimes, which is dependent upon where and when you play.

Is it just me or anyone else thinks that Choco is playing like a noob nowadays (in terms of strategy) also playing sooo much passive. I have been watching choco since 2018 and let me tell you he's playing way too safe recently its boring in KZbin imagine watching him live on twitch. 20-25 mins in the game with 2 kills and no so much interaction. I know the game is dead (in NA) but there are opportunities to fight but he didn't.
