A lot of building materials like Upvc, wallpaper, glue, paint, varnish etc emit VOC (Volatile Organic Compound). You must specifically ask if their product has High VOC or Low VOC or VOC Free. If you build house with lot of high voc emitting products, then it is like living in gas chamber.

Now a days lot of building materials are plastic polymer based, living in this building is ? able as said above I.e poor air quality At the time of demolition or at the end of lifetime of the material it is not to be recycled. The future land pollution begins. Generally when choosing a material for current purpose and disposal of the same is to be consider

A request to anyone who is reading this, please spread the above message about VOC and post it on different youtube videos and channels which talk about building construction and materials. So that we can spread awareness. Nowadays lot of toxic materials are being sold as cheaper alternatives. Also read about building materials and VOC's before buying them. Thanks to this channel for bringing out such informative content.

@@ManosTry Thanks for the information. When I buy a material, I will check if it says VOC Free or Low VOC. If they don't talk about VOC I will not buy. Lead Free, Non- Toxic are way more generic terms. And Recycled materials are usually contaminated by various substances. When you say Recycled material, then say non-toxic stabilizer then it is confusing.
