Ingredients:
Dried red chilli - 7 - 8 Nos
Tamarind - Small gooseberry size
Rock salt - As required
Garlic - 5 Nos
Shallots - 10 Nos
Tomato - 2 medium size
Oil - 2.5 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - Few
Asafoetida - 1/4 tsp
Water - 1.5 cups
Salt - Little
