mad respect for just thinking of a concept and patching it during the vid

What will be really cool is a quiver that hold maybe 4 stacks of arrows and when shorting a bow it takes it from it

I agree. This should be in the game.

And also Fireworks for Crossbows.

Archer mobs should wear quivers on their backs, and have a chance to drop them upon death. In this case: - Skeletons; - Boggeds; - Strays; - Illusioners; - Pillagers; - Piglins (with crossbows).

*Fun Fact:* Quivers were supposed to be added in the Combat Update (1.9), but were scrapped.

I think there should be like a toolbelt and u can select one item with it so the items in the tool bag atomatically switch to that tool/weapon/bucket (basically items with only one stack). There would be three tiers, one is iron (carry 1 item in bag that u can automatically switches to your selected item) second is gold with 2 items and third would be diamond with 3 items so for example... u had an sword and them u right clicked your axe with the toolbag it will now atomatically switch to the items in it like pick, shovel, hoe now you have more slots for more stuff And it would be smart, so if u were falling from the height and u are click with the tool it will switch to a mace, but non situational weapons like swords and axes, the cooldown will determine what weapon u use for example u only have your sword fully charged it will use the sword but if u have your axe fully charged cause u waited a bit more it will use the axe

UN-stackable. You mean UNstackable

I really like this idea! As for the potions, for years i believed it needs it's own "Alchemist's bag/belt", that would automatically replace used bottle with the next one in line inside the bag (for that it would need a chest-like inventory to make it easier to set the order of bottles), and store empty bottles.

Nice i had a similar idea when this was in snapshots

This is a feature I've wanted in vanilla for a while! I don't use mods/datapacks on my singleplayer, but I might use this if I ever start a server soon. Suggestion: I think you should change the texture to be more visually distinct from the bundle. (I know it uses the old texture but it's hard to tell them apart at a glance) Maybe even change it to a Toolbox or a Tool Belt (but keep the same functionality)

im not sure what you already have the recipe as, but you could do the old bundle recipe of 6 rabbit hide + 2 string, as someone who *always* played with the bundle experiment enabled i think the recipe would be very fair with something like this with the effort you'd need to get it (rabbits are somewhat annoying to kill when you don't have a bow, and they're a little hard to find outside of certain biomes)

I'm not sure this is the right way to solve the other inventory problems. Seems pretty OP. For some items, they should just have higher stack sizes.

Yh i have to admit it is quite op but that could maybe be balanced slightly with a crafting recipe

Once I saw the bundles, I expected there to maybe eventually have something like this in minecraft itself(though if it did, I'd expect it to come somewhere in ~10 years). However, it needs something to differentiate itself from the bundle. In terms of shape factor, I'd expect something more rigid, since the space remains the same. To balance it out in gameplay, I'd probably make it only accept the same item as the first item put inside, maybe, since the type of interaction remains consistent throughout, it would allow you to actually use the item when holding the bag? Yeah, with that, 4 totems in a bag would be broken though, but I dunno, it'd make it mechanically unique as the only container that allows you to use the item inside. While my idea is particularly handy at handling bulk items and repetitive unstackables, it's not a perfect tool either. The ender chest, the shulker box, the bundle all have some level of clunkiness built in, and on some level, it's design restraints that forced those in, but it's also a matter of avoiding absolute optimization. There is no reason to NOT have one of your toolbags in almost every slot. Bundles are balanced to only be useful for on average 8 separate types of items, and so you reach a limit of around 5 bundles in, where you start seeing diminishing gains. But in the end, my main gripe is that this is straight up an expansion of slots. Sure, it's 3+ slots per toolbag, but the end result is just a more progressive way of tripling you inventory size instead of using a large backpack(not quadrupled because you're always going to need free space). I'm not saying this to discourage you from making this, but I know I'm coming off as very harsh. I... tend to do that unintentionally. My goal is to make you consider the game balance a lil better, so that whatever you come out with will be more likely to be used long term. You don't have to listen to any of this. Make what you want to make.

@@RePorpoised Yh i understand what you mean and balancing things is the hardest things to do, that is one of the reasons i didnt make it so you can use the items inside the toolbag as then it would be the meta to carry one in each slot
