I think the only thing you need to use when popping Heavenly Potion 2s is just Chosen One from strange potion 1, because both times that i clutched The Chosen I got breakthrough Bloodlust in SandStorm biome and Chromatic : Genesis in rainy biome. So max luck probably isn't even worth it because the best thing I've gotten with it is native Starscourge : Radiant
