I love how you think they will not overload the 80lbs dryers. I wish i had never purchased our and just had the stacks. We have been threw 2 belts because of overloading. You are going to love laundroworks when you get it.

Hey long time! So far been lucky with my speed queen 75lb. I had horrible issues with the stack 30lb. They overloaded them. At least for me.

When I first bought my second store it had all Dexter equipment. Fucking hated that crap. Hard as hell to get parts and it’s always breaking. Switched to speed queen and it’s way more reliable and brings commonality since my other store is a speed queen store

TBH dexter dryers are the best id rather use them than any other brand , dexter also make good front loaders as well

Price on Dexter was half. Basically the same. Dexter are far simpler design.

I need your professional suggestion. Top load speed queen washer only fills half way then stops, change the inlet valve. But same problem. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I like the new lights, but I would never go with the 80 pound dryer. I would stick with stack dryers. And one reason is because of dealings with a 80 pound dryer, it hadn't been good and I don't really know and maybe I didn't listen close enough if you're putting in dexters or hills or speed Queen. But I would go with hibs, Hibbs, I can't stand Dexter. Equipment, because the equipment place to get it from? Where I'm at puts a washer right down the street from me. I just think that's wrong.That's why i've got away from dexters.Over the last forty years. I know I didn't spell hibs right? But I hope you understand the machine that I'm talking about are the manufacturer, but I do like your videos. The lights do look great. And when you showed that laundry before with those lights that you had to meet, it should be in the industry instead of a laundry Mat. I was wondering what she was thinking. Because it had such dark spots in it. But those new lights you got do look good. I use the 8 foot, but 4 foot. You know, strips on either side of the 8 foot of the LE. D's, and they work great for me. And my family's been in the laundry business now. Seventy years

This has probably been asked multiple times, which I apologize in advance for. My father is looking to upgrade his old equipment, mainly washers for now, what brands do you recommend for washers? We have old speed queens, but he wants to go continental for soft mounts. What do you recommend? Thanks for your time in advance!

I would not do soft mount. Don't last as long. Cost more then hardmounts. I like speed queen, huebsch, and Dexter. Hope that helps.

How many washers to dryers? I get that you have 800lbs of drying, but I have people use 8 load machines for 2 loads of clothes. Seems you will bottleneck the flow by having too few dryers. I do like that 4900 vs 9k for stack 45s. The lights are a great improvement!

Wouldn't the laundromat be a lot brighter inside if you painted the walls and ceiling semi gloss white? I did that at my place and it helped a lot.

It would have been more interesting unboxing if you had just pushed that knife way way in while cutting the plastic off. Or maybe place the crowbar under the middle of that sheet metal while you were trying to lift it. This way you wouldn't need that last dryer. Plus since your a rich business owner, a dryer is just play money for you. Still working on my trolling methods.

I own the buildings. But normally laundromats in leased spaces. Actually rare to own the building. Alot of the repairs you can learn over time. Really as long as your willing to work a bit and learn. You could hand the daily repairs.
