Weeping Angels is a Doctor Who reference. Basically when you look at them they turn into a statue (freeze) but if you look away or even blink they move. Used to play a kids game of it but I don’t remember what it’s called.

weeping angels is suppose to be normally when you stare at the angel (here zombies) they don't move. But once you take your eyes off or blink, they move closer(which seems like teleporting) to you to kill you.
