the reason the no shirt was added was probably to make bases for character terms you want to edit in other apps... plus it might be beacuse men dont wear shirts (usually, I dont want to say every man does lol) at the beach or when they swim. I agree with everything you said and but they should also give us an option to create our own objects, clothes, more options to be able to better use our imagination and also to be able to move the place where our clothes are not only accessories. One of the things that they REALLY need to do is making the iris and pupil separate from the eye so you could literally move the eyes where ever you please along with having and option for a cyclops eye, plus having the ability to have more room so you can literally put stuff in different layer so if you wanted someone to have scars on their face and you wanted it under facial features you can change the layers so your character looks the way you want it :)

The person who made Gacha Club Edition added gradients to a few of the eye choices. Only a few tho. The gradient is the same as the outline colour (not the lashes), the outline of the iris(?). Drawing will be much more complicated then just drawing a custom outfit with the sleeves ect... gacha characters are made in different parts. Head folder: Skull, Front hair, Rear hair, back hair, Ponytail, Hair adjusted folder-closed: Face folder.. Torso folder.. R top arm.. L top arm.. ect So basically if you could draw an outfit onto your oc just like BAM. You would have to draw the torso, r top arm, l top arm, r lower arm, l lower arm, which would take forever to code and design. It would have to be so much more complicated and overwhelming to draw on designs so it would be preferable to just use the provided clothes And a downside to this, a huge downside, would be drawing inappropriate stuff, such as b⁰⁰bs, or abs (tho idk how abs would be used for nsfw) Annnnnd Luni stated that Gacha club would be his last game ever. So no Luni or the devs in general, there will be no updates whatsoever
