Man, I just love watching these videos, Im always happy when you upload. But I get your frustration with some of those issues that the game is having lately. It is maybe better to give yourself every couple of days a pause from playing it to regain the happiness that the game gives you.

The gap around the observation tower is a bit much I think. I would go with only three tiles around it, like the art gallery. And fill the rest of the area with thin skyscrapers kind of like the one that was in the middle of the mixed use building. That way the observation tower doesn't look like a villain lair, just standing there in the middle of the empty space.

I think it would be cool to stack the rail line over the road along the front of the projects. I have yet to see anyone utilize the stacked road feature (unless it was removed and I missed that).

If you turn "ground shadows" off makes using retaining walls a bit nicer when de-zoning roads. It also allows for the ability to make some interesting raised planters between 2 roads.

Hi, I'm new to your channel and quite new to C:S in general. I really loved your "old man yells at the cloud" segment. I started C:S1 in the autumn of 2022, when it was free to play for a couple of weeks and only cost 8€ to buy. And then the development was almost finished. And C:S2 has so much more potential! CO has been so great fixing the game so far, even if it introduced new problems (not enough customers vs. high rent). Anyway, I'll stick with the game. What I wanted to say, mainly: other creators made me smile. But you made made me LOL :-)

Thank you for these mods, they are exactly what I was looking for! I got so frustrated (without them) recently that I stopprd playing CS2 for a while. Now, let's hope someone will make TMPE and moveIt for CS2 and we're golden. Building roads exactly how you want them is the very core of the game. Honestly, the fact that this functionality is not available in the base game is shameful and borderline criminal.

After about 150h in the game, i have to say, it is great, just like the first one. But it has alot of problems, just like the first one after release. In my opinion, they rushed to get the game out, and i don‘t understand why. I think, not many people would be mad, if we had to wait another 6 months, for a much advanced game.

Because they or the publisher wanted to be in the christmas market window. Game development costs money. Like a lot of money. What does a game developer earn in Finland? Like 50,000$ a year? How many do they have? What does the rent of their offices cost? What equipment do they need and what energy cost do they have? Like you need a couple of million dollars to make a game like this. If you are running out of budget and your publisher doesnt want to hear your bullshit anymore, then you have to release the game in whatever state it is. Oh, and even if the community is pissed - they have bought the game and now they have the money to "finish" it. And after a while the community will be pleased again and buy the next game.

CS2 went from 100,000+ down to a few thousands... says a lot. Incase you didnt know, when you added the trams stations to fix the path of the tram lines, you know you dont have to. If you add a dot on a line without a stop present, it ends up as a way point. So you can direct your paths without having to add a stop if you really didnt want one.

Your tram shortage problem is likely to do with you demolishing a tram depot after adding another line without replacing it. Drop in another tram depot and you should be OK.

There is no steam workshop for cities skylines 2. Which means it's hard to get mods until they release paradox mods.

It's so annoying people make drama on social media. It's easy to get them started to; just disagree with them, but also there are people who are fake. It's not just social media though and not all of social media. I just hope there's no one arguing unless you say CS2 is trash, you're lying to make excuses for half-assed work. Anyway, CS2 has a lot of improvements but I do believe there's still going to be misses. I don't know how many people are working on the game but it's very few compared to the number of players so of course people are going to be saying "why didn't they__?" And someone makes a mod. I'm going to have to get the terrain mod. I'm struggling with the terrain tools... and making a successful city.
