Great video - thanks so much! I couldn't figure out how to do this until I saw the video and realized I was trying to connect the wrong cable. The board or module came with a second different cable that doesn't work at all (not sure which as I unboxed everything at the same time.

Yea, they don't always label which cable of the multiple they send you to use. Sometimes they do, but then the cable is not labeled. Thank you!

About to do this myself as part of my 4040 to 6060 conversion, right now I have absolutely everything in pieces on three workbenches, good times lol

Haha! Yup. I did the extension build last month. Just went to 6040. I don't have the room for the Y axis so did a sliding table instead. I did a build video of the extension as well. Make sure you have a heat gun ready.
