I can see Kanon either worked in Sales or took a course on how to manage discovery questions. He’s constantly asking open ended questions, like “tell me” or “describe to me”. That’s pretty cool to see, and it opened up the interview completely. Nice job there!

This was a really good interview, holy fuck. I didn't expect that haha. Kanon hit with some really good DIRECT questions that most interviewers wouldn't risk asking and Daniel was absolutely to take them head on and not only answer them but gave details on the 'how' and the 'why' and kind of where their head is at with specific concerning topics. @@pkman98 It is p2w no doubt. You can open ur wallet and buy almost anything in the game, you still have to grind a bit for the mats to create the bought gear, but its nothing insane. Although I honestly dont think its a serious problem at all, i didnt play early access and only purchased the battle pass for 5 dollars, and im already 3200 combat power which is fairly high, all f2p. people are exaggerating so much about the whole p2w thing because thats what the internet does. The game is a 100% playable as a f2p player

In Aion, the other large-scale PvP game that NC released, one of my favorite memories was all the dueling in 1.0-3.0 on the original servers (Vaizel, for me), and seeing random GMs appear all the time just to say hi or do some crazy stuff. I think having the publishers playing the game as GMs is a hugely unique experience and it just isn't done enough anymore.

Gm interactions can be really fun. Spawning huge armies in town. Organize races. Hide and seek events. Fight gms. Etc. They make for fun moments.

My biggest issue with this game is the fact that the story quests cannot be completed with party members. Really kills the early game and doesn’t have the MMO vibe. This is preventing me and my partner from playing this game together

I actually love that they believe in playing the game. I feel like the reason BDO has gone down hill so much recently is the massive disconnect the developers at PA have with the game. The changes they have been making are changes that either nobody wanted or it’s a small minority begging, they have no clue what the vast majority of their veteran players actually want because they don’t even listen or play. With AGS actually playing TnL I hope they can understand where the players are coming from and take feedback more seriously.

it's not a continuation. where do you see the continuation? just some people and some features are the same/similar. Lineage 2 is what it is, nothing comes close. We talkin about maybe the best and hardest MMO. Rest for mana and health regen, AS IT SHOULD. Deleveling, Open World PVP and Karma system AS IT SHOULD. Party driven game and DIfficult to xp and drop items AS IT SHOULD. and many more things but that's why all of us who played l2 LOVED IT. CUZ IT WAS HARD AND IT WAS WORTH IT.
