With mango Lassi you can also use real mango pulp instead of mango chunks.The pulp is semi liquid in form and available all over the world easily in tin cans which stays well a long time.Kesar variety is the best flavour.The pulp has sugar in it.❤❤❤

when you make samosa, don't forget to make the Tamarind sauce too. Tomato sauce is just an alternative, but the real taste comes out with Tamarind sauce

@@Any_lastwish_ Oh you come to south india, all the bakery serve tomato soup for samosa, cutlet, puffs.... any fast food you eat, you get only tomato soup, never tamarind sauce because only north indian sellers sell those in streets or festivals

Mango shake = mango + Milk, no one will add salt and masala in it, may be you are referring to Mango lassi.

Easiest would be making red lentil daal,potato/peas curry and rice.Lots of good recipes on. KZbin.I prefer fresh garlic in my food. where possible ❤❤

You can make Dal (lentils) & rice, Butter chicken easily at home. You just need some basic ingredients of Indian masalas. And yes, try to make samosas at home. You can easily get flour & potato.. and spices like turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin seeds etc...at Indian grocery stores. Some basic spices are used in every Indian dish.

Try to use fresh mango.. Also, korean yoghurt might be different from Indian Curd. Indian curd is more thick. Salt is not important for lassi. Rest you did everything correctly.

Baingan ka bharta ( egg plant) is a popular Indian dish made with roasted eggplant. Here's a simple recipe: 1. Roast the eggplant: Pierce the eggplant with a fork or knife in several places. Roast it over an open flame or on a grill until the skin is charred and the flesh is soft. Alternatively, you can bake it in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 30-40 minutes 2..Let it cool: Once the eggplant is roasted, let it cool until it's easy to handle. Then, peel off the charred skin and discard it. Mash the flesh with a fork or potato masher. 3.Prepare the masala: In a pan, heat oil or ghee. Add cumin seeds, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until onions are golden brown. 4.Add tomatoes: Add chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they are soft and pulpy. 5.Spice it up: Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt to taste. Stir well. 6. Combine with eggplant: Add the mashed eggplant to the pan and mix it with the masala. 7.Cook: Let it cook for a few more minutes, stirring occasionally, until the flavors are well combined. 8. Garnish and serve: Garnish with chopped cilantro leaves and a dollop of ghee (optional). Serve hot with roti, naan, or rice. It is so easy. Go gor it.. You will love it
