@@David-tg8vc For five months, up to and including his 30 September court appearance Bryant said he was not guilty. It was only after David Gunson his then lawyer “stepped aside” and John Avery was appointed that Bryant changed his plea to guilty. Avery admitted that he did not want Bryant to go to trial and he admitted to getting Paul Mullens the psychiatrist to assist him to get inside Bryant’s head. Despite Bryant changing his plea we know from the police and court transcripts that Bryant was interviewed without legal of guardian representation, despite his low IQ of 66 and mental impairment. We know from those records that Bryant mentioned his lawyer numerous times during the 4 July interrogation but again, despite his mental capacity of an 11 y.o. his requests were ignored. We also know from those records that it was the police who informed Bryant that he would not be represented. We know from the 4 July interrogation video that Bryant was questioned by a women who has not been identified in the transcript. We know from the Court transcript that Mullens ‘interviewed’ Bryant for 3.5 hours on 4 or 6 May 1996, some days after the shooting and while Bryant was still in hospital suffering from his burns and just days after Bryant had been charged with the murder of Kate Scott. Who authorised or requested Mullens’ early intervention, or why, has never been disclosed. Despite Bryant changing his plea to guilty there is NO FORENSIC EVIDENCE in the public domain or in the court records that identify Bryant as the shooter despite all the items left in the cafe by the gunman. The meal tray and contents, drink cup and can, the sports bag and contents, the video camera and camera bag and the discarded AR15 magazine were all perfect sources of forensic evidence but nothing was ever produced. Irrespective of whether Bryant changed his plea or not the DPP/Police still had to prove Bryant’s guilt beyond reasonable doubt. Between 28 April 1996 and 16 November 1996, three days before Bryant’s third court appearance the best the police could ‘find', using according to the DPP, “special techniques” was a dodgy DNA sample that was only consistent with that of Bryant but not a match.

There seems to be a cast of thousands ready to spit hateful remarks, like it’s disrespectful to the victims to suggest things have been covered up. But when you ask a question as logical is what you just have to them, they become juvenile sarcastic or won’t even reply… There’s allegedly 8 Individual statements from people who did not know each other some residents some were tourists, all claiming to have seen men in black Full military swat type outfits running around the place, and low and behold for some incomprehensible absolutely disgraceful reason. Those statements were removed from the brief and not even submitted to court and have been suppressed From public access….. To $64, million question isn’t a real hard one , to all those who say disrespectful to the victims to enquire about such things, I say with all respect, please explain why those statements have been removed from evidence weren’t shown in court and have now been suppressed for almost 100 years before any public view. The statements… It looks like a duck swims like a duck quacks like a duck Last time I checked, it’s a duck . Is anyone I can think of they were not submitted in court as evidence and have been suppressed for almost 100 years from public access … ummmm You can have three guesses and don’t worry about the first two.

There always were restrictions, weren't there? Category H has had some amendments to it, semi autos are off the table to recreational shooters, as are pump action shotguns (why?), but Australia has had pretty strict firearms laws dating back to the 20's. They just weren't particularly well policed as Australians aren't exactly known for running around willy nilly and shooting one another. There was a rifle/shotgun or both in every third house when I was a kid. There was an air rifle in every second house! We just didn't shoot each other. As for AR 15's, they were really expensive and few and far between. Who had those things? Oh well, I voted for Howard in '96 and I've never voted Liberal since.

The 8 “SEPERATE” statements to police by independent people [tourists + residents of the area] who did not know each other all claiming to have seen men in Full military SWAT gear running around the place that have very quietly been SUPPRESSED from public access and not submitted into evidence .. NOT 1 individual who made a similar statement was contacted back by the police at all ??? The reason for that mate ? All people have the right to plead their innocence, or at least have their say in court … Bryant didn’t even get that scumbag lawyer submitted a guilty verdict without speaking to him, and he was convicted without even being heard. ? Just another coincidences mate can you explain that not being a Smartie I’m asking seriously and sincerely BOTH SCENARIOS HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED BUT NO EXPLANATION STILL
