ইঞ্জিনের ব্যবহার দিন দিন বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে। ইঞ্জিনকে আমরা বিভিন্ন কাজে ব্যবহার করে থাকি। তাই ইঞ্জিন সম্পর্কে আমাদের ধারণা রাখা উচিৎ। অনেকগুলো যন্ত্রাংশের সমন্বয়ে একটি ইঞ্জিন গঠিত হয়। যখন একটা ইঞ্জিন সমস্যার সম্মুখীন হয় বা চলতে অক্ষম হয় তখন অবশ্যই কোন একটা যন্ত্রাংশের সমস্যা দেখা দেয়। সেই যন্ত্রাংশের নাম কি এবং কাজ কি কেন খারাপ হলো বা এর প্রতিকার কি। এই সকল তথ্য নিয়েই আমার আজকের ভিডিও যদি ভিডিওটি ভাল লাগে তাহলে অবশ্যই আমার চ্যানেলটি সাবস্ক্রাইব করে পাশে থাকা বেল বাটনটি বাজিয়ে দিবে না প্লিজ। ১/ রকার আর্ম, ইহা ইঞ্জিন হেড এর উপরে অবস্থিত। রকার আর্ম ইঞ্জিন ভাল্বকে খুলতে ও বন্ধ করতে সহায়তা করে। ২/ ক্যাম শেফট,ইঞ্জিন ব্লক এর ডান পাশে অবস্থিত। ইহা পুশ গাইড ও পুশ রডের মাধ্যমে রকার আর্মকে ওঠানামা করাতে সাহায্য করে। ৩/ ক্র্যাংক শেফট,ইহাকে ইঞ্জিনের মেরুদন্ড বলা হয়। যাহা ইঞ্জিনের শক্তি উৎপাদন করতে মূল ভূমিকা পালন করে থাকে। ৪/ একজস্ট মেনিফোল্ট,ইঞ্জিন হেড এর সাথে লাগানো থাকে। ইহা পিষ্টন থেকে দহন কৃত ধোয়া একত্র করে সাইলেন্সার পাইপ দিয়ে বের করতে সাহায্য করে। ৫/ ইনলেট ম্যানীফোল্ড, ইহা ইঞ্জিন হেড এর সাথে সংযুক্ত থাকে।প্রত্যেকটি পিস্টন এর ভেতর থেকে বাতাস গ্রহণ করে থাকে। ৬/ ওয়াটার জ্যাকেট, ইঞ্জিনের তাপ শোষণ করার জন্য ওয়াটার জ্যাকেটের ভিতর দিয়ে পানি সার্কুলেশন হয়ে থাকে। ৭/থার্মোস্ট্যাট ভাল্ব হাউসিং। এখানে থার্মোস্ট্যাট ভাল্ব ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে। ৮/ ইঞ্জিন পুলি,ইঞ্জিন ফ্যান বেল্ট পরিচালনা করার জন্য ইঞ্জিন পুলি ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে। ৯/ ইঞ্জিন ফ্যান,ইঞ্জিনের গায়ে বাতাস দেওয়ার জন্য ইঞ্জিন ফ্যান ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে। ১০/ এয়ার কম্প্রেসার, এয়ার ব্রেক সিস্টেমে বাতাস উৎপাদন করার জন্য এয়ার কম্প্রেসার ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে। ১১/ টার্বোচার্জার, ইহাকে ইঞ্জিনের মা বলা হয়। ইহা ইঞ্জিনিয়ার সাউন্ড ইসমত করার জন্য ইঞ্জিনের ভেতর বাতাস বেশি প্রবেশ করানোর জন্য এবং ইঞ্জিন থেকে দহনকৃত ধোয়াটা খুব তাড়াতাড়ি বের করার জন্য সাউন্ডটাকে কমানোর জন্য ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে। ১২/ ক্লাচ প্লেট,প্রেসার প্লেট এবং ফ্লাইহুইল এর মাঝে ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে।এর কাজ ইঞ্জিন থেকে উৎপাদিত শক্তি গিয়ার বক্সের অস্থায়ীভাবে সংযোগ বিচ্ছিন্ন করা।

The rocker arm helps to open and close the engine valves. 2/ The cam shaft is located on the right side of the engine block. It helps to move the rocker arm through the push guide and push rod. 3/ Crank shaft, it is called the backbone of the engine. Which plays a key role in generating engine power. 4/ The exhaust manifold is attached to the engine head. It helps collect the combustion smoke from the piston and exit it through the silencer pipe. 5/ Inlet manifold, it is connected to the engine head.Each piston receives air from within. 6/ Water jacket, water circulates inside the water jacket to absorb the heat of the engine. 7/Thermostat valve housing. Here thermostat valve is used. 8/ Engine pulley, engine pulley is used to drive the engine fan belt. 9/ Engine fan, engine fan is used to give air to the engine. 10/ Air compressor, air compressor is used to produce air in air brake system. 11/ Turbocharger, it is called the mother of the engine. It is used by engineers to reduce the sound by forcing more air into the engine to improve the sound, and by removing the combustion gases from the engine more quickly.12/ Used between the clutch plate, pressure plate and flywheel. Its function is to temporarily disconnect the power generated from the engine to the gear box.
