To get normal lobbies just go into posts for emerald+ or whatever because the copper posts are plagued with boosters like the Be Salty guy

And Boosting still exists it's just slightly less effective. If 2 champs play with 3 coppers instead of dropping lobbies to bronze/silver it drops it to silver/gold now... so ubi didn't really do much to it with the new update
