It is sort of sad, isn't it? Planningtorock seems to define themselves solely by their sexuality/gender. "TNB TNB TNB TNB" is no different than if someone made a song chanting "HM HM HM HM" (heterosexual male). It is just bizarre.

Glad you chose to share your comment in search of understanding rather than going for the easy route by simply condemning. You offer an understandable take albeit a cynical one that hints at a blind spot for the daily struggle which non-hetero ppl undergo precisely due to their orientation and or biological gender; an issue heterosexuals don't really have since we are considered the norm (speaking for myself). Indeed it would be very bizarre if a heterosexual male is chanting HM HM (...although don't forget, we have seen close equivalent behavior with WLM). Essentially it's a very different, even contrasting story for those who struggle daily with their "non-normness" and eventually overcome that struggle by no longer repressing their true selves. I'd go out on a limb and even say it's quite normal expected behavior to celebrate hard-earned freedom to be who you are once you finally reach that point in your life. So yeah as a rule of thumb just in general safely assume that pretty much always there's a reasonable explanation for phenomenon not yet understood, the trick is don't go for the easy route by just tossing them in the "Don't Understand Therefore Stupid" bin, since by doing so you're insulting your own intelligence while depriving yourself of the full picture -- or worse, spreading unnecessary negativity in public
