You can hold a puppy by the skin on its neck, but not when the dog gets older and is fully grown. You should also check with a vet regarding vaccination and nutrition for the dog. And remember not to yell and scream very loudly when you are around the dog because their hearing is a lot better so you might hurt and/or scare him! Congratulations on the dog Logan!!
