The Smith family sought shelter from the tornado in the family's bathtub. Their home and family farm they built over the last two decades is gone.

I had a powerful tornado come right over my house in 1965 and my daughter was about 2 weeks old. We were alone and it was about 10 pm. There is no way to describe the sound. Hundred freight trains?? Just a few minutes it took almost a whole community out. That was about 60 years ago. Please pray for the Lord to help those who are struggling. I wish there was some center to get in touch with the ones who need help.

It is time to build what will last, those things that lead to eternal life. 2 Cor. 4:18 "So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever."

Bro it doesn’t matter. Storms like this destroy everything, especially an ill prepared Amish community.
