I like that the master bedroom doesn't open up directly into the living area. And I like the stairs being away from the front door and living area so that people can go up and down without going through the living room, especially if there are guests there. Doors in the upstairs TV/game room keeps noise from filtering downstairs. I would add a way to access the pool without having to raise the screen. And the lack of counter space in the kitchen is a drawback.

Overall a beautiful home. Not a fan of some of the light fixtures. Don't care for the open shelves over the wet bar. Seems weird to have two table areas right next to each other. Definitely have no use for a gym and sauna. But the positives far outweigh the negatives! Great find Timothy

This is a piece of art. Every surface is meticulously shaped and installed. I think that front door is amazing. The only thing I would change is to build out wall so that the dining room is open only on the living room side.

Great-looking home! I loved how the outside was dark but the inside contained so many light colors. My only thoughts are maybe changing up the placement of the bath tub in the master bathroom. I didn't like how close to the wall it was. I'd make sure the barn gate goes to the floor in the backyard to avoid easy access for critters. The pet fill-up station would need some kind of drain. I'd also make sure the gym room and the front of the wetbar upstairs wasn't carpet. Also, the front windows would need auto blinds or the electronic fog glass.

I do like how every bedroom has it's own bathroom and the additional 1/2 bathrooms plus the outdoor space I Think is done very well and do like how it is all done. The garage access from out side and the locking door between them is great.

I really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I would probably put a couple of glass hutch by the fireplace one on either side. My most favorite parts are the master bathroom and the built-ins throughout.

The house is beautiful, especially love the back porch..stunning..However not a fan of the dark exterior makes it seem so dreary looking. Not a fan of the black or dark graphite colored siding. The house is lovely tho.

WOW... they would just have to add a industrial elevator shaft to the design of this one its almost perfect. I would place the gym on the main level and add in the Media room on main level. That space upstairs for the Gym can be sitting area or Computer room for family or guess not wanting to be around the noise of people in the rec room....NICE
