Seriously how do people still not realise that when a video is uploaded, it must be processed by KZbin; the higher quality, the longer it takes to process. So of course the only resolutions immediately available will be 144p and 320p because they are small and easy to process. If you want 720p, 1080p and so on you will have to wait for it to finish processing, and it shall become available! Have some patience, "good things come to those who wait" - Guinness™
