I just made a 22mm stainless Lugworm Bait pump and gave it away. Question Dave, finding many casts but few with blow holes to know direction to pump. I end up using the cast hole which works sometimes but usually with a tail. Is this down to sand condition or timing on the hide. Cheers!

Hi all along our beach all you will see is just the cast never a blow hole so we put the pump about 4" from the cast and a angle of 22 deg and about 10" deep every I help I tell them to put a bit of tape on the pump at 10" and not to go past that tape you would be surprised how many go miles deeper that's why they get tails good luck

hi the shaft is 8mm 304stainless 22mm copper pipe 22 equal compression tee and home made 20mm wahers but you can buy them on ebay hope this helps
