@@pineapplepete671 honestly the version of fl u use barely makes a difference so i’d say just use whatever the latest version is bc that’s what i do. the only tip i have is to make music that u genuinely enjoy making even from the moment u start. watch a couple of basic youtube videos just to understand how fl works but don’t get carried away with tutorials bc you’ll end up making ur music sound like everyone else that just follows tutorials. also once you’ve got the basics down, i’d recommend trying to recreate beats/songs you like. it’s good practice and it gives u a clear goal to work towards. once u feel confident in ur own style then just do whatever u enjoy and you’ll naturally get better.
