Considering what Cthonian planets are, getting a signal from them would be *fascinating*. Some Grox- or Borg-like mechanical civilization that can withstand the terrible heat, or the remnants of a planetary expedition from a sentient species hailing from the same or a neighboring star system. In this situation, the warbling noise you're hearing might be stellar storms bending around the planet, the same star-related phenomena that would have blasted the Cthonian planet's thick atmosphere away in the past.

I played this game from very early version, but when you're playing it, it feels ten times more horrifying. Aaalso. Few little things which may help you. First, don't turn on everything at same time if you having trouble with power consumption. Lock the frequency, only then turn on cordinates detection, and when signal strength gets around 90% on both lines, turn off cordinates and turn on antennas for downloading. Second, there is switches to manage power consumption more efficiently near the door with main server console. Third. Light in your room doesn't affect efficiency, at least I didn't noticed changes. So don't turn it off. And lock the doors with those keypas near doors, I want to see more panic xP Fourth, temperature is now showing on main screen, you don't need to get to the terminal every time to check it. When it start to rise to 50, just use turbo in terminal, it should keep servers longer without failing. Five. Don't spend credits on modules and module analysis, it's pretty much useless. Use it just for upgrades. Thanks for attention if you actually read that.

IGP, i have been playing this game for as long as you have. Those clicking sound that sound like their coming from behind you, trust me your not paranoid. Further in the game weird shit starts happening, the camera bottom right above the "Audio Signal Control" it will change to a view in your bedroom or kitchen with an alien watching you when the clicking sounds appear. Also the camera will show strange humanoid thing just beyond the gates to the north (they are unidentifiable). When i saw these things it freaked the shit out of me enough to close the game.

Please continue this series. I can't explain why but this game fasinates me and I love watching it while im working. I would love a super long episode of this game but if its not possible due to youtube taking forever to upload long videos I understand.

NicoStudio [GMD] i was playing the game just now and im not joking a alien showed up in the kitchen behind me i think he was just peeking around the corner with a hand on the wall like sneaking around. It showed up on the screen next to the image of the antenna green thing when sitting down
