The issues in America; the entire geopolitical landscape, actually is a cause of great stress lately… I’ve been working hard the last few days on a nervous system reset and dedicating myself to self care to deal with this and accept the world around me as it is; while being the change I wish to see in it. We must not fear the unknown instead we try to navigate thru it for us to know what is at the other side of it. thank you Gasper; took a month off of all screens & read some books by my favorite author; Sir Terry Pratchett (Time Thief & Carpe Jugulum) and have really been getting affirmations that my old world is rapidly fading and my new world is opening up for me, making new relationships and building connections with new people who are on the same vibration as i despite all the things breaking down; i see ppl pivoting to a new paradigm and helping out eachother in a face to face interaction with one another 💚 it is incredible and so exciting

If anything it will make it easier. As the earth continues to raise its vibration, just focus on raising your vibration along with it. Simply grounding, meditating and doing what you love, as well as working on yourself, improving where you can and help others to do the same. The only people who will struggle to survive in these times will be those low density people who refuse to raise their frequency, those who refuse to improve. Those who are incapable of love, compassion, empathy and kindness. These will be the ones who struggle the most. The fact that you follow this channel suggests that you’re probably not one of those people

The only thing we have to fear is fear itself. Focus on the beautiful possibilities and growth. Sure thing go wrong but one thing that is great about being older is we learned skills that young people never learned. The elderly will be revered again for the knowledge of the past. A lot of the creativity of the future is taking the best of the past and present and finding new ways to apply and create. Curiosity and creativity are the way to overcome the fear. Focus on beauty and you will be immersed in beauty. Enjoy how amazing this world is and by all means shoot your television. Don't listen to that stuff it's fear brainwashing. Much Love!!!
