just in case it hasnt been said before now, slayer helm and torture at vorkath isn't as good as salve(e) and serp/faceguard. 15% damage and accuracy compared to 20%

incorrect slayer helm + tort is better DPS at 90+ attack the accuracy bonus from the torture is higher then 5% from salve. the reason you think that is because range wise salve is better then slayer helm because you use void.

@@cameronpage901 no it's not loot at the stats given by face guard and then look at the stats given by torture and work out that the difference in stats gained by torture over face guard is higher then 5% you have the same max hit you would with salve and higher accuracy.

@@Just_googleit The face guard and salve combo is better than the slayer helm torture combo, however the serp helm and slave is worse than the slayer helm and torture. This is accounting for melee strength as well as accuracy

Tips for demonic gorillas below! I too love killing demonic. fave task! I see you switching up the gear a lot. I did that too over the first 3k or so kills I did. For 2-3 item switch (defender, arclight, and firecape/bcp) trips I found wearing blessed d'hide top and bottoms to be the most effective. after the money melees, he will switch to ranged or magic and you'll have to guess. With a d'hide top and veracs/bandos tassets (wiki recommended) you get moderate mage and range defence, I found that demonic's ranged attack to be more accurate (I don't have high def). I found it way more effective to always pray range after the demonic switches from melee attacks, more than often then d'hide makes them hit 0 if it was mage. This also gives more dps with ranged. you only lose out on some pray bonus and def bonus on their first attack on spawn, but for long trips that's what I recommend! For 3-4 item swaps the best setup for me was defender, arclight, firecape, and, bcp/torso. not sure the meta for 4-5 item swaps, but I wouldn't recommend trying without a tbow because 3 ticks isn't enough unless you're pro LMK what you guys think about demonic setups.

Having received 2 jaw drops in 1258kc, I greatly enjoy basilisk knights. It's slow, damn is it slow. But with auto retaliate on it is afk-able. Also got a visage from iron drags in catacombs too so I always take the task now. My luck has been used but it's fun still imo.
