Thank you for this! And thank you Lord 🙏🏼 I have a question. I'm a little new to gospel music. It seems like a lot of songs are in E flat or A flat. I know a lot of gospel bass players turn down a half step or a whole step even. Would you say this is common amongst the guitar players too?

First off, great lessons. Great playing. I’m really glad a friend told me about your channel. Also, is that an Xaviere tremolo? Are they as smooth as advertised? Any intonation problems. Haven’t found an unbiased opinion yet.

It shouldn't be... but sadly it's the case with this guitar. I desperately need a guitar tech.

Piano player that is also learning bass. I have been working on guitar also. What is the best to start with acoustic or electric. These first few chords are whooping my fingers.
@jeffstewart74392 жыл бұрын
I started with acoustic almost 6yrs ago and then graduated to electric months later. The strings are thinner on electric, and it is a tad more forgiving on the fingers. However, learning acoustic first made the fingers more resilient so going to electric felt like heaven. I pray that helps.

@@jeffstewart7439 Thank you so much. Been looking however haven't found; tutorials on how, or demonstrations on how guitar players think. What is their goal or space in the music. Whether it be in a pop setting, gospel setting, blues setting etc. Do you have any resources on that? Lead is self explanatory, rhythm isn't though. Could you do a tutorial or send me some resources on this. Please and Thank You.
