Steve Kerr has dementia. We don’t essentially need a second star, we just need the right pieces around curry, and for the bench to not lose the lead when he’s on the bench. Steve kerr is one of the worst coaches in the nba, don’t let his record fool you. Luke Walton went 24-0, 39-4 without kerr. Mike brown went 14-0 in the playoffs, and they only started losing when kerr came back from his back injury. Don’t let his record fool you, this is the same coach that said he had no use for JAYSON TATUM in the Olympics… he’s one of the worst coaches in the league

No one thinks Wiggins is better than Jimmy. And Wiggins has been great this season. If you're expecting him to carry the team averaging 25ppg or something, that's on you not on him. He's good for about 17ppg and great defense, which is an elite role player. Idk if I can name 3 players I'd rather have to defend the likes of Luka, Tatum, SGA. The only way he looks bad is if you try to make him a primary option on offense, and everyone looks bad when they're asked to perform a role that doesn't suit their skillset.

The 1st roster that went 12-3 was because everyone was bringing the energy regardless of their numbers at the end of the game, as other teams started to up their game energy and chemistry while getting better gsw foot was already too the metal and energy had no where to go but down. Jimmy raises the their energy celling. The real key will be how many close games are they going start winning. Love Post starting

There's a ton that contributed to the 12-3 start, but one of the overlooked aspects is that Buddy was averaging like 20ppg. So essentially when the Warriors had good secondary production, they were good. Again it's not just this, but having a legit 2nd option is a step in the right direction

Jimmy Baller!!! It's all the little things that Jimmy does that never gets mentioned! For example, Jimmy fights for positioning and rebounding before every shot goes up. Kuminga can learn a thing or two because they're pretty much the same size. That's the difference between a max player and a mid player. Kuminga with his youth, size, and athleticism should easily average close to 10 rebounds a game. Better study Jimmy closely, Kuminga. Same goes for Wi...

What struck me most about Jimmy from this game is how smart he is. You either see the things he sees on the court, think the way he does, or you don't. And most don't. His smarts, though, on the court just stands out. This is why this move seemingly has a great chance of working. Because he's not gonna lose those smarts. It's not like the game was successful because he made 10 threes and scored 40 points. Something like that would be a good night, but not consistently replicable. But he will always have those smarts. Doesn't mean the team's all of a sudden contenders, but the situation is far more promising than it was prior to the trade. Roster still has holes, and, most importantly, the team has to perform in spite of Kerr's utterly clueless rotation choices. As well, we'll see whether Steph, now that he has that "second star," will be able to return to consistently performing like a superstar, or if he's, as he has been since about the All-Star break last season, largely over the hill, no longer being able to consistently produce like a superstar, and at that efficiently.

If he's motivated and healthy (both big if's), Butler fills in a lot of things for the Warriors. I don't know if Butler makes them true title contenders, but nobody wants to play the Warriors in a playoff series now because they're dangerous as hell.

I'm not a Heat or Warriors fan and Jimmy did not exceed my expectations. I'm just pretty logical about all this and it was clear how much of a steal Jimmy was for the Warriors. At 10% effort he looked like an elite starter. Now he's giving his 80% until playoff time. He was what the Warriors needed. He's a much better fit for them than the Suns. What the Suns need is to go back in time and keep CP3 or get Trae.

Idk, the Suns have firepower but they don't have two-way role players around it. I think they'd benefit more from 2-way role players around KD and Booker than an offensive minded PG, especially one like Trae or CP who are undersized liabilities on defense (CP at this stage in his career)

@@tiredbasketballfan IMO what the Suns need the most is a good playmaker. They're all about ISOs right now. Sure, they also have to focus on defense but some night they can barely score and whenever KD sits they struggle to get anything going. You people went from "Butler is too old" to "Butler is so good with Steph" in a heartbeat. I'm starting to doubt if you know basketball or you're just a bitcoin speculator. The only reason Pat Riley does not want to pay him is he wants a younger go-to guy, NOT because Butler's not good. This is Jimmy Buckets we're talking about. The guy who willed the 2022-23 Heat team from the play-in to the NBA finals with just Adebayo, an aging Lowry, and a bunch of over-achieving bench players all without Herro. He also lead the 2021-22 Heat team from the top seed to the ECF, just losing to the Celts on Game 7. And if he didn't get hurt in the 2023-24, he would have lead the Heat again to the playoffs. There is a reason why Giannis and the Bucks haven't reached the ECF for the past few years and it's because of Jimmy. This is the guy who has been battling Giannis, Embiid, Bronson, Tatum, Brown, Young in the recent playoffs. Have you all forgotten? That's just 3-4 years ago, or just like I said, you people just don't have a clue what you're saying.

Jimmy Butler never stated that he wanted to go to the Suns. Or, that the Warriors were 2nd and 3rd options. Those rumors were started by reporters, not Jimmy Butler. All Jimmy wanted was to get out of Miami. Him and Pat Riley didn't find a suitable contract together: Butler wanting to get paid and Pat being a cheapo. Butler was always going to be a good fit for the Warriors. He's a chameleon, so he'd adapt to the Warriors. Never doubted the possibility.

Yeah.. and before trading for butler. Before they get butler crying fans say he is nit a fit. That wiggins is much more talented and much more impactful than butler. That butler is washed.. Well? How you feeling now? If buckets wants to win. He will do everything to win.. sad for miami they didnt give him any help

They should have traded kaminga over Wiggins. Would have made the team way more balanced and would have saved them the possibly huge contract
@tiredbasketballfan
@tiredbasketballfan 19 сағат бұрын
I'd love it if they kept Wiggins, but Jimmy is making like 48mil. They had to use either Wiggins' or Draymond's contracts to make it happen, all the other contracts they had are below 10mil pretty much and they can't trade like 6 players for 1 even if they wanted to have no roster left, Miami can't take them on and the Warriors won't have enough money to sign more players to meet the 15-player roster requirements

We have watch them vs a good team . Warriors was getting destroyed by bulls then curry had like 20 something in 3rd not something I see him doing every game. This a good win The next 7 games should be easy bucks ( no Giannis) , mavs x2 ( no ad idk when he coming back ) the hardest team you play is the rockets . Schedule is very weak for the rest of the year besides yall have nuggets , Knicks , lakers grizzlies so I so see warriors in playoffs 1000 percent

Rockets have been on a losing streak, I'd say the mavs would be the toughest with kyrie and revenge Klay

AD is fine, he just stepped too wide and his crotch hurt, he could got back in last game but they thought it was best stay on the bench since they were winning anyways.

It's obvious watching just this one game that Jimmy wasn't putting forth any effort for the Heat for maybe the last 1 1/2. This is sad when considering his legacy. Imagine if he played with that level of effort for Miami this season or last. That is a pathetic thing to have to consider
