I did not expect that story. I thought maybe you'd bashed a bird with your baguette 🤔 but I guess that's how my mind works 😅 I once picked up a bird many many years ago (crow type, not sure if it was a raven or rook). It had flown into the glass doors of a Woolworths. The lady in the store was trying to pick it up with a bag which was scaring it. So I went in and picked it up and took it round the corner to a small park, where I let it come to, in peace. It was lying on my lap then it stood on me for ages then eventually flew away. Keep these coming, love watching you draw and your stories are entertaining! Have a great week xx

If it makes you feel any better my mum did a similar thing with some seagulls once. For some absurd reason she threw out a stale French stick that she had torn into quarters for the birds (try picturing a blue tit flying off with a quarter of French stick, ffs mum!) and these gulls swooped down and started to peck away, we watched from the kitchen, horrified as one tossed a piece in the air and just swallowed it whole. You could see the bloodly massive chunk of bread lodged it it's throat, sticking out sideways like some messed up cartoon. We panicked, the gull started choking, we panicked some more, the other gulls got all flappy, and then the choking gull vomited the bread back up and proceeded to do the exact same thing again. At which point the other gulls took off in obvious disgust and we walked away from the window.

Hahahaha, oh for goodness sake! These birds are just trying to torment us, I swear!! My boyfriend almost killed a German goose by giving it a piece of sausage 😂
